Court View Condo - 2 bedroom with ensuites - Pool, Hot tubs, BBQ, Tennis & Pickleball

Overall, we would rate our stay 2 out of 5. We booked the property earlier in the day for a two-night stay. After completing the booking, we did not receive the access information. We messaged through the site, emailed, and also sent a text message, but did not receive a response until we called around 11:00 PM. When we spoke with the host, we explained that we needed the entry code. Were told a message had been sent to us, but we had not received it. We would have appreciated a follow-up to confirm that we had received the information, especially since we had attempted to make contact several times. Unfortunately, the second and more significant issue was the air conditioning. The AC was not cooling the property during our stay. When we left, the thermostat was showing 83 degrees even though it was set to 60 degrees. I took a photo of the thermostat showing this. The kitchen area was the coolest part of the property, while the bedrooms were very hot. With outdoor temperatures around 100 degrees, the temperature inside made it very difficult for our family to be comfortable or sleep well. Apart from the air-conditioning issue, the property itself was generally in reasonably good condition, although some areas appeared somewhat dated. We cannot recommend this property based on our experience, primarily because of the difficulty communicating with the host regarding access and, more importantly, the air-conditioning during our stay. -The Wilson’s (North Carolina)
